The Challenge
"We want to move off one of our systems but we don't understand it. We need help to get the data out and translated into our new system."
Our Approach
We looked at the system and analysed where all the data was coming from and going to in the database.
The Solution
We built a Data Dictionary, which told them which information was where and what it all meant.
We also created a re-useable Extract Transformation and Load tool (ETL) for them, which extracted and converted their database to their chosen new platform, on demand.
They were very happy!
